This video explains the EVM VVPAT petition that's pending in the Supreme Court. It was filed in November 2019 by the Association of Democratic Reform and Prashant Bhushan. The petition is based on the discrepancies found in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections' votes polled data and votes counted data as reported by me (Poonam Agarwal) for The Quint. The discrepancies were found in 373 Lok Sabha constituencies. The Supreme Court sent notice to the Election Commission of India (EC) seeking a reply on the petition. The EC filed a reply in November 2021. The matter is pending in the SC.Poonam Agarwal
